A. No, all proceeds & profits generated by the site are paid to you via your chosen payment provider.

Q. How do the eCommerce sites accept payments?
A. The sites can accept payments via PayPal, Moneybookers, Nochex, Protx, Google Checkout, PayPal Express, PayPal Pro (SSL required), credit card (through an existing merchant account), or by cheques and postal orders. Even cash on delivery is an included option!

Q. Can I sell anything on the eCommerce sites?
A. You can use these sites to sell any product you wish, from downloadable ebooks, music & software to adult orientated products! The only stipulation is that it cannot be used to sell illegal items, such as "warez" software/music etc or productsthat are otherwise illegal in any way.

Q. Do the eCommerce sites come with a header image as shown in your demo sites?
A. The header images shown in the demonstration sites are not included, but they do demonstrate our graphic design capabilities. We can incorporate your own graphics and logo or we can supply a generic logo free of charge.

Q. Can you make alterations to the websites in the future, if needed?
A. Yes, we can provide quotations for modifications, designs and logos etc that are needed in future. We are always happy to make minor alterations FREE of charge (please ask for details).

Q. What kind of support do you offer?
A. We provide ongoing email and/or telephone support for the life of your hosting.

Q. Can I have more than one site on this hosting account?
A. The hosting account also allows for an additional subdomain. This means you can have more than one site installed

Q. How long will it take for my site to be active?
A. As soon as we receive your order and payment, we will contact you to request details and your specific requirements. The site normally takes 24-72 hours before being fully accessible and functional.
