A. The header images shown in the demonstration sites are not included, but they do demonstrate our graphic design capabilities should you require any artwork. We can incorporate your own graphics and logo or we can supply generic logo free of charge.

Q. Can you make alterations to the site in the future, if needed?

A. Yes, we can provide quotations for modifications, designs and logos etc that are needed in future. We are always happy to make minor alterations FREE of charge (please ask for details).

Q. My site is very popular. I need more space/bandwidth. Can I upgrade?

A. The amount of bandwidth and space included is more than sufficient for a site with thousands of products and customers. If you really needed more we would be happy to discuss this.

A. We provide ongoing email and/or telephone support for the life of your hosting.

Q. Can I have more than one site on this hosting account?

A. The hosting account also allows for an additional subdomain. This means you can have more than one estore, or the estore and an accompanying website to further promote your products.

A. As soon as we receive your order and payment, we will contact you to request details and your specific requirements. The site normally takes 24-72 hours before being fully accessible and functional.

Q. Does eStoreBuilder receive a percentage of the stores' revenue?

A. No, all proceeds & profits generated by the site are paid to you via your chosen payment provider.

Q. How do I accept payments?

A. The site can accept payments via PayPal, Moneybookers, Nochex, PsiGate, iPayment, SECPay, Authorize.net, credit card (through an existing merchant account), or by cheques and postal orders. Even cash on delivery is an included option!

Q. Can I sell anything on this site?

A. You can use these sites to sell any product you wish, from downloadable ebooks, music & software to adult orientated products! The only stipulation is that it cannot be used to sell illegal items, such as "warez" software/music etc or products that are otherwise illegal in any way

Q. Do you supply the products for sale on the site?

A. Sorry, no. It will be your responsibility to stock all items. Items listed on our demo site are for illustration purposes only. If required, we can supply you with a list of suppliers who offer a "dropshipping" service. This means you could start selling without having to buy anything first. When you sell something, you simply tell your chosen supplier where and what to deliver.

Q. Are my customer's payment details kept secure?

A. Yes, all payments on the website are handled by secure payment providers such as PayPal. No card details are ever recorded on the site. Your customers can shop securely with peace of mind.
